Beth yw'r Cyngor Ysgol?

Mae'r Cyngor Ysgol yn cynrychioli llais disgyblion yr ysgol. Bwriad y Cyngor yw casglu a chodi syniadau newydd ac hyrwyddo hapusrwydd holl ddisgyblion yr ysgol. Yn y cyfarfodydd bydd y Cyngor yn trafod gwahanol ffyrdd o wella’r ysgol yn fewnol, allanol ac yn addysgiadol. Bydd y Cyngor hefyd yn trefnu gweithgareddau gwahanol i’r disgyblion. Mae’r Cyngor Ysgol yn rhoi cyfle i’r disgyblion ddatblygu sgiliau diri gan gynnwys cyfathrebu, gwrando, mynegi barn, datrys problemau, gwneud penderfyniadau a myfyrio.

What is a school council?

The school council represents the voice of the school's pupils. The Council’s intention is to gather new ideas and promote the happiness of all pupils in the school. At the meetings the Council will discuss various ways to improve the school internally, externally and educationally. The Council will also arrange different activities for the pupils. The School Council gives pupils the opportunity to develop important skills including communication, listening, expressing opinions, problem solving, decision making and reflection.
